Coming July 4th, Yoga with Jan will begin at KMT & Wellness Centre, 19-21 Division St. N. Kingsville.
In this busy world we all need to take a little time for ourselves to move our bodies and move within mindfully.
Mindfulness is finding awareness of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgement. Practicing mindfulness involves breath work and movement to help relax the body and mind, to help reduce stress and anxiety.

Additional Zoom class schedule: Monday's and Friday's 6:30am - 20-30 minute classes
Tuesday and Thursday's 7:00pm - 45-60 minute classes
Saturday's 8:00am - 45-60 minute class
