Navasana (Boat Pose)


-Strengthens the abdomen, hip flexors, and spine.

-Stimulates the kidneys, thyroid and prostate glands, and intestines.

-Helps relieve stress.

-Improves digestions.


-Asthma, Diarrhea, Headache, Heart Problems, Insomnia, Low blood pressure, Menstruation, Pregnancy.
