I found this and wanted to share as I think we all need to understand that yoga is not just about the pose.

Lessons:

1. It isn't about everyone else, Yoga is just for you. Your body, Your mind, Your spirit.

2. There is more to yoga than the physical practice.

3. Being "GOOD" at yoga doesn't mean you have to nail a handstand or be the best controtionist.

4. Letting Go is a beautiful way to move forward.

5. When we struggle with a pose, we are often struggling with a similar mental block in our lives.
