Many yoga poses offer a reduction in stress such as standing forward fold, Childs pose. The technique that is often associated with yoga is deep breathing that bring self awareness and focus to yourself.
Improves Concentration: By practicing yoga for at least 20 minutes a day you will notice improvements in your memory, concentration and ability to focus for longer periods of time.
Calm Feeling: Through deep breathing, guided imagery and redirecting my focus, yoga allows you to have moments of peace within your mind.
Yoga can be practiced anywhere that is convenient and relaxing for you.

Zoom is another great way to practice with friends and family from the comfort of your own home. Have the opportunity to share in a yoga community without having to drive.
Maybe you love to practice at the park outdoors or in the study as you share your space. Yoga is amazing and is whatever you most need it to be, Whether its physical, mental or spiritual or combination of them all yoga is for everyone and everybody.
