I am working on a new series to bring yoga to everyone and everybody. Beginner and advanced students welcome. Maybe your are brand new to yoga and want to start with basic poses or you've been practice for years and what to take a step back this series is for everyone. We will focus on specific poses in each practice and flow together. Modifications will be available throughout each practice as I feel everyone can practice yoga.
