Always remember to take time for yourself whether it be reading a good book, time on your yoga mat, a walk in nature, learning something new, doing a hobby you love or simply sitting in silence.
What you do for yourself will make you better for not only you, but for everyone in your life.

Mondays 6:30am
Tuesdays 7:00pm
Thursdays 7:00pm
Fridays 6:30am
Saturdays 8:00am
If you can't make a class not problem, they are recorded and sent to your email to pracitce at your convenience.
Drop in rates are $10
