9:00am - Mindfulness Meditation - approximately 15-20 minutes.

12:00pm - 45 minute Yoga Flow for All

3:00pm - Mindfulness Meditation and Journaling talk along with the opportunity to talk about whatever is on your mind. (A sharing circle on zoom!)

7:00pm - Go with the flow yoga practice.

All are welcome to join and let go to live in the moment!
