Did you know kids need to take time for quiet and mindfulness movement?
Yoga is a great way to get them moving mindfully and reduce stress and anxiety.
This week we will read "Here We Are" notes from living on planet earth by Oliver Jeffers and practice a short 20-30 minute yoga practice with fun poses and breathe mindfully. And of course we will finish with a short savasana. Kids need down time too. :-)
Kids 8-12 welcome. Families are welcome to join in.
