Mini Yoga Retreat!

Join me on August 15th for a morning of Yoga at the Beach, a nature walk, snacks and Meditation at Point Pelee National Park.

We will begin our day at the West Beach across from the Marsh board walk with a 'Go with the Flow' yoga practice followed by a walk through the trails. We will return to share a healthy snack of fruits and veggies and a good visit with lots of laughter and just enjoying time shared together. To end our morning together we will gather on the beach for a guided meditation as we listen to the waves and the sounds of nature all around us.

Location: Point Pelee National Park - West Beach (turn right at the first stop sign across from the march boardwalk)

Time: 8:30am

cost: $20 for yoga, meditation and snacks

plus you will need to pay you day pass into the park unless you have a yearly pass

If you need a ride I will have room for 3-4 in my vehicle.

Supplies: bring your yoga mat, a towel, good walking shoes and an open mind.
