Online and Zoom Yoga Classes

I believe that yoga is meant for all bodies and ages.

My classes focus on moving through our practice with balance, strength and breathe. I believe in holding poses briefly to allow the muscles to stretch, strengthen and heal.

I believe there are always options and modifications for everyone to attend.

My classes are a no judgement, no criticism safe space to be.

I want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable.
