You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, "I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along."....You must do the thing you think you cannot do.

Life leads us in many directions, it's how we handle each experience that truly makes us what we are.
I am a true example of stepping out of my comfort zone. Just a short few years ago, I would have never thought that I would be teaching fitness and yoga classes, let alone teaching online and zoom classes. Through these challenging times I've learned that it is more important to bring a little happiness and a helping hand to others than to sit back and hold it all in. I've learned to love myself for who I am and not constantly be consumed with what my body image is and what the scale is saying. Finding my happiness and peace of mind is helping others and has truly brought me to this amazing experience.
