Virtual Restorative Mindful Movement and Meditation Class

As we are going through this difficult time of social distancing I feel it is even more important to take time to simply slow down and find a quiet safe space. I am holding a Restorative Mindful Movement and Meditation class on Zoom. In this class we will focus on gratitude and letting go.


Date: December 12th

Location: Zoom - create a quiet space where ever you are and let go.

Time: 6:30-8:00pm

Price: $30.00

Props: Pillow, blanket, strap or scarf, 2 blocks or thick books

no experience required. All levels welcome.


Maybe you lite a candle and dim the lights. Allow yourself time to release any stress or anxiety and be in each pose and simply enjoy.
