What is Healthy?

Healthy is not about the number on the scale or your dress size.

Healthy is physical and mental.

Healthy is about putting clean healthy fresh grown proteins, fruits and vegetables inside of you.

Healthy is about movement everyday.

Healthy is about mindfulness. Taking time to find a quiet space to let go! Maybe that's meditation or prayer for you. Your mental health depends on it.

Healthy begins the day you are born to the day you die. We never should stop working on our health.


So take a little time to find awareness of your health and find something you love to do, and take time to make it happen.
