Yoga is a prayer of gratitude spoken through your body.
Each yoga practice session is an honouring of your body articulated through movement and breath.
You begin by sitting, eyes closed, palms together in prayer. You set your intention, and then start to move.
As you move, you find strength and openness. Think of each pose as an offering that becomes a gesture of thankfulness for what you have been given--a prayer of gratitude, spoken elegantly and reverently through your body.
