Yoga's power resides in its ability to impact out minds, out bodies and our hearts. While we may engage in a predominantly physical practice, this act of joining breathe to movement that we call yoga creates mental and emotional change as well. Yoga's approach is holistic, inviting these three key aspects of our existence into conversation with each other. When out bodies feel healthy and vibrant, our minds and hearts often follow suit. Inversely, when we feel spacious in our minds and hearts, our bodies often open as well. Yoga addresses our whole complex selves.
