Today consider your yoga practice as a form of moving meditation. You step onto your mat and invite your body to move, guided by your breath. You apply form and alignment to your body, releasing yourself into the vibrant rhythm that results. Your mat is your delineated meditation space as your body moves from pose to pose, shape to shape, with each movement and each breath. Relaxed but focused, you find the deep calm emerging from sustained deliberate movement. You let your body take the lead and it draws you into a flowing meditative state.
