12:00 pm Lunchtime yoga flow (30-45 minutes)

3:00 pm Mindfulness Meditation, Journaling and Sharing circle only if you'd like

7:00 pm Go with the Flow yoga with Jan

All sessions today are free to celebrate Women. Attend 1 or all sessions during the day.

Tuesday- 7:30 am Rise and Energize yoga flow

Wednesday - 7:00 pm Slow and stretching Restorative yoga

Thursday - 8:00 am Go with the Flow yoga

7:15 pm Power yoga flow (30 minutes)

Friday - 9:00 am Go with the flow yoga

Saturday - 9:00 am Go with the flow yoga

Drop ins welcome $10/class or monthly memberships available $40
